Root cause analysis of non-conforming material and customer returns; documenting of said root causes and their corrective actions in the appropriate customer specific format
Communication of quality and production trends to the appropriate staff members
Attendance at regular meetings to review quality performance, root cause analyses, corrective actions and product capabilities
Position Requirements
Minimum of a degree in Metallurgy or Material Science preferred or Bachelor's degree in a physical science or engineering field
At least two years of experience with hot dip processing
Knowledge of statistical problem solving methods and have experience with automotive quality systems
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Access ans statistical software suites such as Minitab
