SEVESTAL NORTH AMERICA, INC. PUBLISHES NEW STEEL SHEET PRICE MANUAL

Dearborn, Mich., October 1, 2007 - Severstal North America, Inc. announced today that its Steel Sheet Price Manual is now available online at www.severstalna.com.

The new online Steel Sheet Price Manual provides present and future Severstal customers with valuable information regarding Severstal products and capabilities, including the book extras. It further provides a medium for timely updates and information relevant to Severstal’s products, services and capabilities. This is particularly important as Severstal completes its facility and equipment modernization programs.

The new Steel Sheet Price Manual includes updates to coated products extras, which are effective for all non-contract orders accepted on and after November 1, 2007.
