Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Position Description
Supervise UAW represented skilled trades personnel in planned and preventive maintenance activities: assist with trouble shooting issues on equipment.
Performance of daily maintenance repairs
Resolve equipment maintenance issues
Assist with recommendations regarding new equipment for Cold Mill Projects
Follow company policy regarding all health, safety and environmental procedures
All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Bachelor degree in electrical engineering preferred. Associate's degree in technical field with experience.
Familiarity with Programmable Logical Controllers (PLCs) and AC / DC voltages
Industrial supervisory/leadership experience
Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills required
Demonstrated assertiveness
Steel experience a plus
Must be willing to work off shifts, weekends and overtime
Ability to manage crisis and multiple tasks
