Severstal North America today announced that effective June 1 Ronald Kostyo is appointed Vice President and General Manager, Severstal Dearborn; effective June 10 Madhu Ranade is appointed Vice President and General Manager, Severstal Columbus; and effective immediately Michael Tuomey will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
