Severstal North America offers a Summer Internship Program which is designed to provide talented college students the opportunity to perform specific projects related to their field of study.  Recent college graduates and  students in their junior or senior year of college are eligible for internships in Engineering, Accounting, Computer Science and other fields. 

Interns will be mentored by professionals and will be given the opportunity to become familiar with the company and the steel industry in general.  In  addition, they will gain an understanding of the latest methods and processes related specifically to their career paths and will acquire valuable interpersonal and presentation skills. 

The Program culminates with the interns delivering a presentation about their experience at Severstal to senior management and other colleagues.
