Since June 2002, Mr. Makhov has served as Deputy General Director of Severstal Group, Strategy and Controlling and as a member of the Board of Directors of OAO Severstal. Mr. Makhov was Strategic Planning Director of OAO Severstal from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Makhov has served OAO Severstal since 1994 and held key management positions, including Deputy Chief of the Economic Research Laboratory and Chief of the Strategic Planning Department. Mr. Makhov graduated from the State Academy of Management, Moscow, Russia and the University of Northumbria, United Kingdom.

Ronald J. Nock
has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since June 2005 and was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January to June 2005. From January 2004 until January 2005, Mr. Nock was Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Nock was Senior Vice President, Commercial and Strategic Planning for Rouge Industries, Inc. and Rouge Steel Company from 2000 to 2004, Vice President, Sales and Marketing and Strategic Planning from 1997 to 2000 and Vice President, Sales and Marketing from 1988 to 1997. Mr. Nock held various sales positions with Rouge Steel and has 29 years experience in the steel manufacturing industry. Mr. Nock graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Michigan.

Mark J. Yost
has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since May 2008. From December 2007 to May 2008, Mr. Yost was General Manager, Maintenance, Repair and Operations Purchasing. Mr. Yost was Manager, Profit Analysis and Business Planning from 2005 to 2007, and Manager, Profit Analysis, Budgeting and Treasury from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Yost held various finance positions with Rouge Steel and has 13 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry. Mr. Yost graduated from the University of Michigan.

Thomas J. Cera
has been Chief Operating Officer of the Company since January 2008. Mr. Cera served as Director, Operations Management for OAO Severstal from 2007 to 2008. Prior, Mr. Cera was Plant Manager, Finishing Operations for Mittal’s Indiana Harbor Plant from 2005 through 2006, and was Vice President, Plate and Rail Products for ISG from 2004 through Mittal’s acquisition of ISG in 2005. Mr. Cera began his career at U.S. Steel in 1981 as a management associate at the Gary Works and held positions of increased responsibility in coke production, hot rolling, cold rolling, sheet products, tin products, plate products and coating. He has 27 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry. Mr. Cera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Calumet College and a MBA from Indiana University.

Melvin E. Baggett
has been Vice President, Human Resources since January 2004. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Baggett was Director, Employee Relations and Union Affairs of Rouge Steel Company. Mr. Baggett was Manager, Employee Relations from 1996 to 1999 and was Manager, Salaried Personnel and Benefits Planning from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Baggett held various human resources positions at Rouge Steel and Ford Motor Company and has 19 years steel manufacturing experience. Mr. Baggett graduated from Wayne State University.

Gregory L. Echols
has been Vice President, Operations of the Company since January 2004. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Echols was General Manager, Primary Operations for Rouge Steel Company. Mr. Echols was Superintendent, Basic Oxygen Furnace from 1989 to 2000 and Superintendent, Continuous Caster from 1988 to 1989. Mr. Echols held various manufacturing positions with Rouge Steel and has 29 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry. Mr. Echols graduated from the University of Michigan.
Vice President, Purchasing and Transportation
Cheryl L. Hurt
has been Vice President, Purchasing and Transportation since January, 2006. Ms. Hurt was Director, Purchasing and Transportation for the Company and its predecessors since August 2000 and held various accounting, finance and purchasing assignments of increasing responsibility with the company since 1987. Ms. Hurt began her career with Double Eagle Steel Coating Company, SNA’s joint venture electrogalvanizing facility, as an accountant. Ms. Hurt graduated from Lawrence Institute of Technology and Walsh College. Ms. Hurt is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christopher Kristock
has been Vice President, Advanced Engineering, Quality Assurance and Technical Service of the Company since January 2004. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Kristock was Vice President, Advanced Engineering, Quality Assurance and Technical Service for Rouge Steel Company. Mr. Kristock held the positions of Director, Advanced Engineering, Quality Assurance and Technical Service from 1998 to 1999, Manager, Quality Assurance from 1993 to 1998; and Quality Systems Implementation Manager from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Kristock held various metallurgical and quality assurance positions with Rouge Steel from 1984 to 1993. Mr. Kristock began his career in 1981 with Jones & Laughlin Steel and has 24 years experience in the steel manufacturing industry. Mr. Kristock graduated from Wayne State University.

Christopher J. McCarthy
has been Vice President, Sales and Marketing since January 2004. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. McCarthy was General Manager, Sales and Marketing for Rouge Steel Company. Mr. McCarthy was General Manager, Product and Customer Service from 1992 to 1997. Mr. McCarthy held various sales and marketing positions with Rouge Steel and has 27 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry. David W. Morris
has been Vice President, Engineering since March 2008. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Morris was Manager, Engineering. Prior, Mr. Morris was Manager, Primary Engineering of Rouge Steel Company from 2000 to 2003, and Manager, Blast Furnace and Basic Oxygen Furnace Engineering from 1993 to 2000. Mr. Morris held various engineering positions with Rouge Steel. He has 23 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry. Mr. Morris graduated from Purdue University.

Patrick J. Murley
has been Vice President of Strategy and Business Development since September 2007. Mr. Murley served as Vice President, Operations at Worthington Steel Company from 2001 to 2007 and North Region Operations Director from 1999 to 2001. He was Vice President and General Manager at Spartan Steel Coating from 1996 to 1999 and Plant Manager at Worthington Steel's Porter Indiana plant from 1993 to 1996. Prior to 1993, Mr. Murley held positions in technical service and corporate research and development at Worthington Steel. Mr. Murley brings over twenty years experience in the steel industry. Kevin L. Myers
has been Chief Information Officer of the Company since August 2006. Prior to joining the Company he was Director, Information Technology Solutions Delivery at American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc., where he was responsible for the technological support of business process development, application engineering, enterprise integration and global infrastructure delivery. He also directed information technology operations at international locations. Prior to joining American Axle, Mr. Myers held various management positions at Electronic Data Systems Corporation. Mr. Myers brings over twenty years experience in the automotive and information technology sectors. Mr. Myers graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology.

Martin Szymanski
has been Vice President and General Counsel of the Company since January 2004. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Szymanski was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Rouge Industries, Inc. and Rouge Steel Company. Mr. Szymanski served as General Counsel and Secretary from 1998 to 1999 and was Associate General Counsel from 1997 to 1998. He served as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Modern Engineering, Inc. from 1990 to 1996 and prior to that held key legal assignments at Stroh Brewery Company and Fruehauf Corporation. Mr. Szymanski has over 25 years of corporate and private practice legal experience. Mr. Szymanski graduated from the University of Detroit and the Detroit College of Law.
